the app name Prey.

google play sotre> search " Prey security".
install it. give necessary permission. resister ur account using your mail id.

go to panel and manage your settings. click this link https://panel.preyproject.com/login  .  After login your present location shown by this app.

Now go to settings> Device Management: check " when ON" as below.

Now you can track your device after stolen.
